A: Most chairs require light assembly, and we provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
For your convenience, White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee  this includes in-home setup and packaging removal.
Alternatively, Standard Curbside Delivery is available, where the chair will be delivered to your front door or inside your home . 

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my chair?
A: We offer a customer-friendly return policy  Must Contact Wellness Heaven  for support.  if your chair is delivered with a missing component's or damages such as broken wheels, rollers or other defects , Must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a complete working product. .. 
Note:                                                                                                                     If you are not fully satisfied with your massage chair, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Customers are responsible for freight charges and a 15%–35% restocking fee. Once the chair is received and inspected in its original condition and packaging, you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees.

Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Yes! Every massage chair comes with warranty covering parts and service.  

Exchange Policy
You may exchange your massage chair for a different model within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of 15%–35%. If the chair is defective at delivery, we will exchange it for the same model at no extra cost (proof required within 48 hours). If a non-defective chair is exchanged for a different model and you’re still unsatisfied, a refund may be issued minus all applicable shipping and restocking fees.
